This deltaTITER kit ("the Kit") is sold subject to the Conditions of Use set out below ("the Conditions of Use"). The Conditions of Use are part of the contract between deltaDOT Limited or its distributor who supplied the Kit ("the Seller") and the Buyer of the Kit ("the Buyer"). If the Buyer uses the Kit or allows the Kit to be used by any other person it will be deemed to have accepted the Conditions of Use. If the Buyer does not wish to be bound by the Conditions of Use it should return the Kit unused to the Seller for a full refund.

The Conditions of Use are as follows:

1. The Kit may only be used with a deltaDOT Peregrine instrument for the titration of virus.
2. The Kit may only be used for research purposes and, without limiting the foregoing, may not be used for clinical diagnostic purposes.
3. The Kit may not be resold, but it may be transferred to a subcontractor of the Buyer for the purposes of providing research services to the Buyer.
4. Neither the Buyer nor any subcontractor of the Buyer may alter or adapt the Kit or use it in conjunction with any other reagents, nor seek to copy or reverse engineer the Kit or any of its components.
