The Baculovirus Titration Kit

When used with our automated machine, the deltaTITER Baculovirus kit contains all the consumables you need to run 18 baculovirus titrations in duplicate. The sample specification the kit requires is:

Purified baculovirus (i.e. no insect cells) in a concentration range of 5 x 10⁷ to 1 x 10⁹, in 4-6% FBS/FCS. Volume: minimum of 200µl, ideally 300µl.

The Results

Figure 1: Ease of baculovirus quantification from a single peak.
